J Law Consulting (Pty) Ltd was established in May 2024. The initial focus was to assist with matters relating to the two-pot retirement system, which included drafting rule amendments and forms to incorporate legislative changes, and providing training to fund trustees and other stakeholders. We have since expanded our scope to include legal consulting on all retirement fund and ancillary matters, and conducting disciplinary hearings and drafting outcome reports for employers.
