Director
Casper Joubert obtained the LL.B degree from the University of Pretoria in 2018. During his final year of studies, he took up employment with a United Kingdom-based firm where he specialised in tort law, gaining valuable international legal experience early in his career.
He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2022 and practiced as such for 2 years. In South Africa, Casper focused on family law, civil litigation and criminal defence, building a comprehensive foundation in various areas of legal practice.
In 2024 he emancipated from litigation and relocated to Cape Town, where he attended to labour matters on behalf of employers. This transition marked a strategic shift towards specialized consulting work in the employment and benefits sector.
Casper is currently consulting for beneficiary funds, providing legal advice and support and attending to the amendment, consolidation and redrafting of rules, contracts and policies. His work focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while protecting the interests of fund members and beneficiaries.
Casper's diverse legal background, from international tort law experience in the UK to comprehensive South African legal practice, provides him with a unique perspective on cross-jurisdictional legal matters. His transition from general legal practice to specialized beneficiary fund consulting demonstrates his commitment to developing expertise in niche areas of law that serve specific client needs.
